Environment and Resources

SAT has jurisdiction to review government decisionsand make orders under a range of environment and resources legislation.

Environment and Resources comprise three broad areas – Water & Fisheries; Biosecurity, Agriculture & Conservation; and Resources. The tabs below refer to relevant legislation and the types of decisions that SAT can review or make in these areas.
