What if my application is urgent?

Guardianship and Administration

If your urgency is in relation to a Guardianship and Administration application, you will need to identify it and give reasons for the urgency in the application itself.

If you have already made an application, but circumstances have changed which you believe now makes your application urgent, you must call the Tribunal on 9219 3111 within business hours for further information about how to proceed.

If you require assistance outside of business hours, please visit the Office of the Public Advocate website.

All Other Matters

If your urgency is in relation to any other matter type, you will need to specify the reasons why you believe your matter is urgent in the application itself. You should lodge any important documents or materials that might support your application.

If you believe your application requires an urgent hearing, including interim or final orders, you must call the Tribunal on 9219 3111 within business hours for further information about how to proceed.
