Restraining Orders

If you have a matter due to be heard at the Tribunal and there is a restraining order against one of the parties who are involved, the Tribunal should be notified immediately.

A copy of the Restraining Order must be provided to the Tribunal through the eCourts Portal, in-person, post or fascimile clearly labelled as a ‘restraining order’ and including the matter number. The contents of the document will not be viewable to any party, unless authorised by the Presiding Member.

If you provide a copy of the Restraining Order by the eCourts Portal, you must select the document type 'Restraining Order'.

If you have any further questions in regards to the above, please contact the Tribunal on 9219 3111.
