Overview of Procedures

Applications

Applications for all matters are made through the eCourts portal. Once you have lodged an application, you must serve a copy of the application to all the parties who may be affected.

Decisions

A final decision will usually be made at or after a final hearing. However, at any time before the delivery of a final decision, you can agree to resolve the matter between yourselves (this may not apply to some vocational and regulatory matters).
