Important Information About Lodging Applications and Documents
- All Tribunal users involved are advised that as a result of amendments made by the State Administrative Tribunal Amendment Rules 2022, as of 1 July 2023 it is no longer be possible to file any documents in the State Administrative Tribunal by email.
- Applications and documents must be filed using the e-Courts Portal, or alternatively by lodgment in person at the Tribunal’s Registry, or by post or facsimile.
Help with using the e-Courts Portal
- More information about using the e-Courts Portal, including help cards containing detailed explanations of how to register as a user of the e-Courts Portal, and how to file documents using the Portal, is available from the Tribunal’s website.
- Staff of the Tribunal can also help with general enquiries, such as how to lodge and view documents using the e-Courts Portal. The Tribunal can be contacted on (08) 9219 3111 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
