SAT can review a decision made by the CEO under the Children and Community Services Act 2004 (WA). Those decisions are:

  1. Decisions about secure care (s 88C of the Children and Community Services Act)
  2. Decisions to transfer a home order to another State (s 158 of the Children and Community Services Act).
