New Telephone Contact Centre


From Monday 2 July 2018 a telephone Contact Centre has commenced operation in the State Administrative Tribunal.

The Contact Centre is designed to offer a quicker response to callers and to ensure calls are answered efficiently and with as little delay as possible and where necessary the call will be referred directly to the appropriate case management officer. The telephone system will also provide more information to callers by the use of recorded messages.

The Contact Centre will be continually monitored and reviewed for performance.
