Restraining Orders

If you have a matter due to be heard at the Tribunal and there is a restraining order against one of the parties who are involved, the Tribunal should be notified immediately.

A copy of the Restraining Order should be emailed or posted to the Tribunal, clearly labelled as a ‘restraining order’ and including the matter number. Please note that the contents of the document will not be viewable to any party, unless authorised by the presiding Member.

If you have any further questions in regards to the above, please contact the Tribunal on 9219 3111.
