Public Register

The Public Register (Register of Proceedings) is provided in accordance with section 155 of the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004.

The files below contain the records for each application lodged with SAT, since SAT’s inception on 1 January 2005. These files are SAT’s Public Register.

Each file below contains applications lodged. The first file is all applications lodged under the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985, sections 13(7), 13(7b), 14A(3). The second file is all applications lodged with SAT excluding all Human Rights applications and applications lodged under the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985, sections 13(7), 13(7b), 14A(3). Both files are sorted by the most recently lodged application.

Some matters and or their content are anonymised, that is certain information has been altered to provide confidentiality to names or information in accordance with orders of SAT or legislative requirements regarding confidentiality.

Some matters, such as matters lodged under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 may not be published at all due to legislative requirements requiring confidentiality.

Names or matter numbers obtained by searching the Public Register documents may be used to search for final orders and decisions in the "Decisions Database".
