Transcripts may only be requested by parties to a matter heard by the State Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal).

If you wish to request a transcript for a hearing (not for guardianship and administration hearings) you may complete the electronic request form below (just click on the link -eTranscript request) and when you have completed the document, save it to your computer. Once you have saved the document, you may send it electronically to the Tribunal by attaching it to an email and sending it to the email address below.
By clicking on the specified email link below it will create the email so that you can attach your application document for sending to the Tribunal.

Transcripts for guardianship and administration matters can only be provided upon a Section 112(4) application being made and by an order of the Tribunal. This requires an application to be completed by the person seeking to obtain a copy of the transcript. Please note, costs are associated with the provision of transcripts.
If you wish to make a Section 112(4) application to obtain a copy of a transcript of a hearing, then you need to proceed to the "Application Wizard" web page.
When you arrive on this webpage, as per step 1, select the 'Guardianship and Administration Act 1990'. When you have done this, step 2 will appear, select section 112 (4) in the second box. You are now able to click the” Next" button and this will step you through the process of producing an application seeking a transcript of a hearing.
