How can I pay?
Payments can be made by cash, money order or cheque, over the counter or by post. Cheques should be made payable to the State Administrative Tribunal.
Does a party have to pay another party's legal costs or other expenses?
As a general rule, the SAT does not make orders for costs requiring one party to meet the expenses of the other - usually parties are responsible for their own costs. However, in some proceedings, such as vocational applications, a party may be ordered to pay costs.
