The Commercial and Civil Stream (CC Stream) delivers the majority of its decisions orally. During the last year oral decisions which raised or applied any significant principle were subsequently converted into a publishable form and published on the SAT website in the first bulletin, of July 2008.

The CC Stream will expand published decisions to include any matter which we consider may be of interest to participants in particular industries. As a result we intend to publish a Decisions Bulletin each quarter commencing in October with decisions made during the period July 2008 to September 2008.
